I once attended a meeting where a person with albinism was also a participant. So during a session of power point presentation exercise, he could not clearly see the text on the screen to read and could not fully participate in the exercise due to his impairment. Since the organizers did not provide reasonable accommodation for persons with albinism at the meeting. the only alternative to remove the barrier was to read the text out for him to enable him participate in the exercise during the power point presentation.
