Objective
This 2nd and Profile-Based Pathway “The Role Model” is about being aware of barriers faced by girls, women and persons with disabilities. It is also about becoming able to adopt inclusive behaviours and advocate for inclusion towards decision-makers.
Target learners
This pathway more specifically targets:
- Director or senior manager heading a service or department
- Board member of an association or company
- Policy or advocacy staff in a non-governmental or civil society organisation
It is nonetheless relevant for anyone interested in the subject.
